Pilot Program
Here are some of the first steps: Step 1: Select CNC shop & review manual (do not purchase anything right away) Step 2: For each standing frame you will need to cut 1 backboard, 1 table, 1 footboard, 2 table supports, 2 HeadOUT, and 2 Headback parts (see all referenced files below) Step 3: Refer to the production manual to begin assembly
If you build a stander please add your stander/s to theserial numbers document hereso we can keep track of the total number of frames that have been built and where they have been built around the world. Follow the instructions about serial numbers found in the Local Liaison PDF above.
Medium Production Size
These instructions are for Institutions/Organizations that have already completed the Pilot program and are ready to begin larger production or 10-1,000 standers over the course of the next several years.
These files are printed on 1/4 inch plywood or plastic and are used to guide a hand held router to produce parts without needing a CNC machine to produce further standing frames. Saves money when done in bulk.
