We have donated standing frames to patients in 9 countries
across 4 continents.

Some useful statistics:
  • 59.1% of our patients have cerebral palsy.
  • The most common symptoms our patients experience are spasticity, monoplegia, diplegia, and quadraplegia.
  • 88.5% of our patients do not attend school regularly.
  • 40.5% of our patients are classified as GMFCS Level V, meaning that experience impairment in all areas of motor function, including posture control, sitting, standing, and walking.
  • After starting standing therapy, 85.4% of our patients see a physical therapy on a weekly basis.
  • While using a stander, our patients can perform a variety of activities:
    • 73.5% can eat
    • 74.7% can play
    • 54.8% can watch TV
    • 47.6% can draw
    • 69.6% attend occupational therapy as well

We believe in not only distributing standers to patients in need but also empowering local communities with the skills and resources necessary to provide healing care through informative workshops. At one of our workshops in Xenocoj, Guatemala, Kevin (left) and Gustavo (right) show off their work. Kevin was our first on-site production manager while Gustavo ensures that each stander is specialized to serve each child's unique needs.

Guatemala
​Our primary production facility was established by our 2015 summer project is poised to make up to 500 standing frames per year.​
Peru
​We are partnered with La Mesa del Reino (Table of the Kingdom) and Capacitados in Lima, Peru making standers for the capitol region. We also have a small workshop in Arequipa. 
Asia
 We hope to establish a production facility in Asia by 2022 to conducting a project to serve the need for standers and requests that we have in Nepal, Cambodia, China, and India.
