Who We Serve
  • 57.7% of our patients have a diagnosis of cerebral palsy globally.
  • The most common symptoms our patients experience are spasticity, diplegia, quadriplegia, etosis.
  • 89% of our patients do not attend school regularly.
  • 40.8% of our patients are classified as GMFCS Level V, meaning that experience impairment in all areas of motor function, including posture control, sitting, standing, and walking.​

The Impact of Standing Therapy

  • After starting standing therapy, 90% of our patients see a physical therapist on a weekly basis and 69.6% attend occupational therapy.
  • While using a stander, our patients can perform a variety of activities:
    • 73.5% can eat
    • 74.7% can play
    • 54.8% can watch TV
    • 47.6% can draw​

Our primary production facility was established by our 2015 summer project and is poised to make up to 500 standing frames per year.​

Peru
​We are partnered with La Mesa del Reino (Table of the Kingdom) and Capacitados in Lima, Peru making standers for the capitol region. We also have a small workshop in Arequipa.

Asia
 We have established a production facility in Asia to serve the need for standers in Nepal, Cambodia, China, and India.
